How does per-seat billing work?
You pay a flat monthly price for each active employee seat. Add seats as you hire; reduce them as your team changes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the admin billing page. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Is my data secure?
Sensitive onboarding data — SSN and bank details — is AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest, and every tenant is isolated at the database level.
Do you handle California overtime rules?
Yes. Daily overtime, double-time, the 7th-consecutive-day premium, and meal-break flags are built into the payroll calculator on every plan that includes payroll.
